Project Overview
Coastal Restoration began the heritage restoration project at 555 Beatty Street in July 2014. Coastal Restoration oversaw the project management and supervised site construction throughout the duration of the project. Our experienced crew completed a full inspection of the building and discovered massive water damage. We engineered a plan that fit within budgetary and timeline constraints to repair the damage and restore the building. This project required a fully enclosed building envelope and water damage repairs to the interior and exterior. New window installation, a tie-in membrane and a new roof were also part of this complete building restoration.
