Project Overview
Coastal Restoration began the Victory House restoration project in September 2012. Coastal Restoration oversaw the project management and supervised site construction throughout the duration of the project. We began this project with a full inspection of the building that uncovered massive water damage. We engineered a plan that fit within budgetary and timeline constraints to repair the damage and restore the building. This project required a fully enclosed building envelope and water damage repairs to the interior and exterior. New window installation, a tie-in membrane and a new roof were also part of this complete building restoration.
