Coastal Restoration began the Gilford Street restoration project in March 2014. Coastal Restoration tackled the project and site supervision. Due to extensive water damage a full building envelope was required. Coastal engineered the restoration details including water damage repairs, complete window installation, deck waterproofing and tie-in membrane.
