Coastal Restoration began the Hummingbird Place restoration project in July 2013. Coastal Restoration was in-charge of the project management, site supervision and engineering detail for this job. Due to extensive water damage a full building envelope was required. Humming Bird Place was in need of extensive water damage repairs, window installation, and deck construction and waterproofing.
